In response to Jesus' loving plea to spend time with him, Holy Cross Parish offers the faithful an opportunity to worship.

UPDATE – New COVID-19 Restrictions Extended until February 1, 2022

Changes to the existing Public Health Orders took effect on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 and have been extended until February 1, 2022.

Therefore, the Archdiocese of Saint Boniface is issuing the following clarifications, having obtained updated information from the official government liaison to communities of faith during the COVID-19 pandemic, in coordination with the Archdiocese of Winnipeg and the Ukrainian Catholic Archeparchy of Winnipeg.

The changes or clarifications obtained by the Public Health Officer, Dr. Brent Roussin, and by the Provincial liaison person, affect churches in the following manner:

All masses are on a first come, first served basis.

Face masks are required at all times in the church for the duration of the mass.

Attendees are still required to fill out the Contact Tracing Sign-In Sheet upon entry.

Mass times are as follows: 

Reconciliation Schedule:  Monday–Saturday after the 7:45am Mass.

Funerals, prayer vigils for the deceased, weddings and baptisms.

Please note that the celebrant, as well as other persons assigned by the parish, such as a cantor or lector, or persons responsible for the livestreaming of the event, are NOT to be counted among the ten persons attending indoors. In the case of funerals, staff from a funeral home are NOT to be counted. A photographer or videographer is also NOT to be counted among the 25 persons attending indoors.
