Catholic Women’s League

The Catholic Women’s League of Canada (CWL) is a national service organization of women who are members of the Roman Catholic Church, rooted in gospel values who work together to carry out volunteer work through service to the people of God.

The ladies of the CWL present cards and gifts at Christmas to residents of Villa Rosa, and throughout the year, collect knit items such as hats and scarves, hold bake sales, soup & sandwich lunches, and raffles, to raise funds for charity and their Church. They support parishioners through prayer, offer Masses, and create Legislative Bills and present them to Parliament for legislation.
