*REMINDER* Women’s Perimenopause & NFP Class with Serena Manitoba — June 20th, 2026

Do you want to learn more about the changes in a woman’s body during perimenopause, as well as tips on how to navigate this time? Do you need help in tracking your fertility when your body is not acting quite like it used to?

Join us in this fun, educational, and interactive event on Saturday, June 20th from 11am – 2:30pm at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church (532 Fuller Ave, Manitou, MB). Potluck lunch – please bring something to share!

Suggested donation is $25. Payment can be made by cash or cheque at the event, or via etransfer at mbserena@gmail.com. Optional Natural Family Planning (NFP) perimenopause-related items available for purchase.
